DESCRIPTION:Support Group \nAn out-of-body experience (OBE) typically involves a sensation of floating or traveling outside one’s body. A near-death experience (NDE) an occurrence in which a person comes very close to dying and has memories of a spiritual experience\, such as meeting dead friends and family members or seeing a white light or tunnel\, during the time when death was near. It may encompass a variety of sensations including detachment from the body\, feelings of levitation\, total serenity\, security\, warmth\, the experience of absolute dissolution\, or the presence of a light.\n\nTatiana Huguenin is a physician who understands the scientific approach to these phenomena. As a mystic herself\, she has experienced OBE. It was initially difficult for her to understand without support at the time; for her it opened a new way of being and experiencing daily life.
