Through guided grounding practices\, discussion\, and a supported connection exercise using a familiar pet or an animal photo\, attendees will gently explore how feelings\, sensations\, images\, and emotional cues can offer insight into an animal’s experience. \nParticipants are warmly invited to bring one or two photos of their own animals (current or past) to use during the guided connection exercise. Photos may be printed or on a phone or tablet.
