DESCRIPTION:Why would anyone want to read the Tarot cards?  \nReading the cards is a surefire conversation starter at parties. Playing with the cards will stimulate your intuition\, and imagination. The Tarot cards can help answer your little everyday questions\, as well as give insight to larger decisions. Tarot can point the way when you are overwhelmed.  Pulling a card will help determine how to face a difficult day.  You will learn a new skill. You can read for family\, and friends.  Tarot reading is directly connected to weight loss\, smooth skin\, and great hair. Not really. But\, it is just plain fun. That’s why! \nThis immersive course turns the usual way of learning The Tarot Cards completely on its head. You begin looking at the cards intuitively\, instead of spending hours memorizing lists of boring meanings. In this lively\, and entertaining class\, you will learn a quick way to begin to read. You will be reading the cards immediately.  You will be confidently reading for yourself\, as well as for your fellow classmates. \n\nMaster trusting your intuition to learn the Tarot Cards.\nUncover what the symbols\, and colors mean.\nDiscover how simple Numerology affects the Tarot Cards.\nMaster the differences between the Major and Minor Trumps.\nUnderstand the different personalities of the suits of cards.\nSense how card meanings can change with other cards.\nGrasp the many variations of a simple three-card reading.\n\nThis will be an in depth course to teach how to read the Tarot Cards. We will take time to learn both the Major and Minor Arcana cards\, including the traits of the four suits of Wands\, Swords\, Cups\, and Pentacles. We will study their relationship to each other as well as to the four elements\, symbolism\, and numerology.  There will be simple three card readings\, and we will build up to larger spreads. This fast paced class will be focused on using your intuition to read the cards\, as well as a quick\, and entertaining method to open your imagination.  We will be practicing as we learn. Trust yourself to be giving readings to others\, as well as receiving readings. There will be  handouts to support what you will learn. You will leave this immersive day with a firm knowledge of how to continue your study of the Tarot Cards. \nPlease bring an empty spiral notebook to begin to create your Tarot journal. You will need The Rider Waite Tarot card deck\, as we will be teaching using that system. There are several versions\, and sizes (Approximately $20). You can purchase a deck at one of the local metaphysical shops\, or online. Just be sure that you are getting a version of The Rider Waite deck. You will be provided with handouts. \nSchedule: 10 am to 1 pm\, Lunch Break (there are several restaurants nearby)\, 2 pm to 5 pm. To give everyone personal attention\, we must limit the number of students to the first ten applicants. DESCRIPTION:* Every Wednesday * \nThe Tarot is a wonderful tool that can cultivate your intuition. Due to the vast amount of information etched into each of seventy-eight cards in a Tarot deck\, an individual could spend a lifetime examining the images and becoming an expert in their meanings. To become a good Tarot reader you need to practice in a safe environment with no judgments. The best kind of practice is with a warm loving community of friends who share your interests and passion for the Tarot. We will find together unique ways to play with some of the meanings to strengthen ones knowledge of most of the symbols and other pictograms within each deck of cards. \nThis workshop will offer a bit of education and advice to further your knowledge of the Tarot\, the bulk of the session will be spent practicing.
