The Healing Insights is a collage-illustrated journal of spontaneous writing: a subconscious streaming of words into poetry and story
The images allow for creative expression of both conscious and subconscious thoughts, emotions and experiences. Pictures like dream images, are powerful personal symbolism pertaining to one’s life. Combined with the automatic writing the journal becomes a creative expression of the life of its creator. It is a direct communication with one’s own consciousness.
This specially designed method of collage construction aids in quieting the analytical self. An interview of streaming unprompted questions and responses with the collage imagery creates a dialog with your subconscious self. A story spontaneously emerges from this interaction with your imagery. The significant aspects of your internal communication become apparent and you begin to access deep levels of creative consciousness.
