Mental Mediumship

Old time spiritualist Mary Linn Clarke will be showing how to keep “a one point of concentration” without deviating from that one point,  with the help of certain exercises. This practice involves focusing on an object like a ball, flower, picture, having a clear picture of the physical object in the mind, and being able to recall it with accuracy. This hones the medium’s concentration to block out distractions and “train the brain” to give detailed information from mental images alone when connecting. This is part of a 6-part series.
