Jayme Welch is a spiritual educator, green witch, and U.S. Navy veteran whose work is rooted in resilience, self-trust, and reconnection to the natural world. Her path to teaching has been shaped by lived experience, deep personal healing, and a lifelong devotion to understanding how people grow through adversity.
After serving six years in the United States Navy, Jayme earned her degree in Organizational Psychology with honors from the University of South Florida Sarasota–Manatee. Her unique background bridges psychology, leadership, and spirituality, and she contributed to the Wall Street Journal bestselling book Leadership Is Language alongside retired Navy Captain David Marquet.
Since 2020, Jayme has devoted herself fully to teaching witchcraft and community-based spiritual practice. She founded and led a thriving meetup community that grew to over 2,200 members, offering gatherings, classes, and discussions centered on spiritual growth, healing, and accessible, earth-centered practices. Her work emphasizes seasonal living, plant allies, intuitive development, and practical ritual as tools for meaningful personal transformation.
With over 25 years of witchcraft practice, Jayme’s teaching style is compassionate, inclusive, and experiential. She creates a safe, supportive space where students are encouraged to reconnect with their inner wisdom, honor their lived experiences, and align with the living rhythms of the natural world.
