Creating Joy is a gentle, uplifting vision board experience designed to help you reconnect with what truly lights you up — not what you should be doing, but what genuinely brings you joy, comfort, inspiration, and meaning. Instead of focusing on outcomes or achievements, you’ll explore how you want to feel in the months ahead. Using images, words, colors, textures, and symbols, you’ll create a personal, joy-focused vision board that reflects what nourishes your spirit and supports your emotional well-being. This is a relaxed, welcoming, pressure-free space. No artistic experience is needed. All materials are provided, and you’re encouraged to create at your own pace.
