Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. These brief sessions are offered through non-touch, with the practitioner's hands placed and held on a series of locations on the head and front of the torso and sometimes limbs to a fully clothed recipient. "I feel very refreshed and seem to be thinking more clearly." "I think I fell asleep." "I can't believe how hot your hands got!" "I feel relaxed." "My headache is gone."
