  • The Art of Evidential Mediumship II: Introduction to Platform/Gallery Performance

    A Course about Public Evidential Mediumship Demonstration Mondays, Oct. 2, 9, 16  -  3 Class Course - an advanced practice Platform/Gallery Mediumship is an art form, involving not only mediumship ability but also performance presentation, etiquette, and other public demonstration skills. This informational workshop offers an in-depth exploration of Platform/Gallery mediumship, providing time for demonstration and participation. This is a great opportunity to develop and enrich your current mediumship repertoire. (Shanna has taught this workshop at Lily Dale several times under the title From the Front.) With Shanna Spalding St. Clair. Topics include:      Consciousness of service Techniques for maintaining and strengthening connection Energy components of “from the front” work: the Spirit loved ones, the medium and gatekeeper, and the client - how to do all this on your feet! Kinesthetic movements to enhance receptivity Performance Presentation: staying connected, professionalism, and etiquette Interacting with the public: maintaining interest, the place of humor, handling the difficult client, etc. Pre-requisite: The Art of Evidential Mediumship I: Private Reading - or - permission of the instructor. Please Note: New students not admitted after the first class without permission of the instructor.

  • Planes of Existence

    Discover the different “Planes of Existence” where angels, masters, spirit guides, and us humans dwell. Have you ever wondered what lies beyond this three dimensional world we inhabit? In this introductory class, we will travel through the "planes of existence,” or different vibratory realities. We will understand how each plane works, and what “beings” or energetic frequencies inhabit each plane. We’ll discuss the properties of each plane and how to communicate with and strengthen our connection to those in other realms. We will also explore how to work with each plane for healing and how to increase our wholeness and connection to the divine source—the creator of "all that is." Please bring a sweater, notepad, pen, water bottle and a crystal of your choice. Each attendee will receive a personal message from the divine source.

  • Tarot Practice Circle

    The Tarot is a wonderful tool that can cultivate your intuition. Due to the vast amount of information etched into each of seventy-eight cards in a Tarot deck, an individual could spend a lifetime examining the images and becoming an expert in their meanings. To become a good Tarot reader you need to practice in a safe environment with no judgments. The best kind of practice is with a warm loving community of friends who share your interests and passion for the Tarot. We will find together unique ways to play with some of the meanings to strengthen ones knowledge of most of the symbols and other pictograms within each deck of cards. This workshop will offer a bit of education and advice to further your knowledge of the Tarot, the bulk of the session will be spent practicing. Before you leave you will not only receive a reading from your peers, but you will also deliver one. Come with your favorite deck of Tarot cards! With Barbara Harrison, Cathy Zapsalis.
