Wednesday Night Circle is where The Spirit University community comes home each week — a judgment-free space where first-timers and familiar faces gather to reconnect, reset, and simply be together.

What Happens

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM every Wednesday

We gather in a circle. Amy, our facilitator, opens with a gentle grounding practice (nothing intimidating, we promise). Then there’s space for reflection and optional sharing. Some weeks you might share what’s on your heart. Other weeks you might just listen and breathe. Both are perfect.

No awkward icebreakers. No being put on the spot. No prerequisites.

Just real people, real conversation, and the relief of being in a space where you don’t have to perform or pretend.
