Karen D’Antonio
Registered Nurse • Kinesiology Practitioner • Shamanic Practitioner • Holistic Wellness Facilitator
Karen D’Antonio is a retired registered nurse with more than 30 years of experience in cardiac care and mother-baby home health. Throughout her nursing career, she felt that true well-being could involve more than medication or medical procedures alone and became increasingly interested in the connection between the body, emotions, energy, and spiritual wellness.
Karen’s path changed profoundly in 2013 when her 18-year-old son, Nick, was unexpectedly diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease. While continuing to follow his medical care, Karen felt drawn to explore additional ways to support him. Through friends in the spiritual community, her family was introduced to health kinesiology. Encouraged by the positive changes they observed, Karen decided to study the practice herself.
She went on to train in kinesiology for more than two years. Her path later expanded to include shamanic practice, Reiki, the Emotion Code, yoga, and other holistic approaches.
Karen’s own life experiences have also taught her the importance of self-worth, self-compassion, gratitude, and inner strength. She understands that creating positive change is not always easy, and she brings that understanding into the supportive spaces she creates for others.
Today, Karen combines her nursing background, intuitive awareness, and holistic training to help people explore new perspectives, release limiting patterns, and move toward greater balance and personal empowerment. Her approach is compassionate, encouraging, and grounded in respect for each person’s individual journey.
