Exploring the Paranormal brought us three days of fun, frights, and insight into the fascinating world of Spirit! Budding investigators began with workshops on Spirit Boards, pendulums, and table tipping lead by Victoria and Barbara, who showed everyone that it is possible to safely and effectively communicate with Spirit using these classic tools. Terri and Tracy of ESP Paranormal, David, Lana, Tena, and Betsy of DarkStar Paranormal, and Brittany of Sarasota Paranormal Investigative Science (S.P.I.S) dove into the incredible science of paranormal investigation, sharing with us their equipment, experiences, and tips on how to conduct real investigations of paranormal phenomenon. Author Kim Cool offered stories from her studies into Florida’s haunted history at the beautiful Ringling Ca d’Zan. Victoria lead a spectacular séance, where those in attendance saw orbs, flashing lights, and the faces of those in Spirit transposed over her own. The weekend ended with a terrifying tour of Spanish Point hosted by Garrett and Rylie, where we wandered through the darkness with ancient indigenous people, early settlers, and countless other Spirits along the forest path. Thank you to everyone who brought their knowledge and passion to this exciting event. The world of Spirit is filled with exciting adventures in the dark, so long as your path is illuminated with love and light.
