This weekly gathering combines automatic writing with a relaxed community circle — giving you time to explore what comes through on the page and time to connect with others in a warm, welcoming setting.

During the automatic writing portion, you’ll be gently guided to quiet the busy mind, put pen to paper, and allow words, impressions, ideas, memories, symbols, or intuitive messages to emerge without overthinking them.

You do not need to be a writer, and you do not need any previous experience. Sharing what you write is always optional.

Then we shift into the community circle — a comfortable space for conversation, reflection, laughter, encouragement, and simply being with like-minded people.

Some weeks the conversation may be thoughtful. Other weeks it may be lighthearted and lively. The purpose is connection — a place to come as you are, meet others, and feel part of something.
