The Yoga-Science of sounds to tap into the ‘internal bio-energy’ for freedom from ‘Thought – Stressors’ that can cause psychosomatic diseases. Vak-yoga advances the practitioner from the yoga of ‘body and breath regulation’ to the next phase and use of ‘Mind, body and Sound’. The idea becomes the body is the yoga mat.
