Plan Your Event -Facility Guidelines


Please help us by avoiding:

LOOSE GLITTER, CONFETTI…  Or anything that has glitter falling off of it.

LIVE ANIMALS  Other than registered service dogs.

OPEN FLAMES, CANDLES, FIRES  We have battery operated candles available.

SCENTS, AROMAS SMUDGING, DIFFUSERS, SPRAY OILS, INCENSE etc.  Some attendees suffer from allergies as well as respiratory difficulties.  We use top of the line air filtration, which are costly to replace. Remember, smell is a subjective sense.

SOLICITATION  If a customer requests your business information you are certainly free to give it to them, however events are not meant to be network sessions for self promotion. Blatant or aggressive advertising in an educational or enrichment setting alters the energy and direction of an event. 

CONTACT INFORMATION REQUESTS  Including lists of phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, or anything that would compromise their privacy. We recommend you have a website, even if it is only a single page. If attendees like you and what you have to offer, they will Google your name and find you..

AFFIXING TO OUR WALLS, FLOORS, OR FURNITURE  By taping, stapling, nailing, gluing, etc. We have easels and clear acrylic sign holders for your use.
