Plan Your Event
A comprehensive event description communicates what, when, and how students will learn. To build an event description, consider what you would like students to know, or be able to do, as a result of taking your class. List major topics your class will cover, and the learning outcomes:
1. How will the event help them?
2. How will the event change lives?
3. What learning objectives will the student take from this event?
4. What will they know or be able to do that they didn’t before?
