Each gathering begins with a gentle grounding and a fresh question or theme designed to quiet the analytical mind and help you write freely, without editing, judging, or trying to make sense of what appears. You may discover a thought, feeling, memory, image, insight, answer, or unexpected inner nudge. Sometimes what comes onto the page surprises us.
