    Understanding Their Energy & Communication Animals communicate in ways that extend far beyond words -- through energy, emotion, presence, and subtle awareness. This gentle, experiential class offers an inviting introduction to understanding how animals express themselves and how humans can learn to sense and respond with greater sensitivity and respect. In this class, participants will explore how to quiet the mind, recognize subtle impressions, and distinguish intuitive awareness from imagination. Through guided grounding practices, discussion, and a supported connection exercise using a familiar pet or an animal photo, attendees will gently explore how feelings, sensations, images, and emotional cues can offer insight into an animal’s experience. Participants are warmly invited to bring one or two photos of their own animals (current or past) to use during the guided connection exercise. Photos may be printed or on a phone or tablet. Bringing a photo is completely optional, and those who do not bring one will still be fully supported during the experience. The emphasis is on cultivating presence, empathy, and respectful connection. Participants will also learn practical ways this awareness can strengthen bonds, support emotional reassurance, and deepen understanding in everyday interactions with animals.
