Bring the warmth of the essence of the person in spirit concurrently with good solid information that shows the continuity of life along with touching shared memories and meaningful messages. First we expand our focus into the essence of the great spirit which is love, the strongest vibration. Within the essence exists, to quote Harry Edwards, “the energetic and vibrational aspects of the mediums mind,” where we next intensify our focus to the spirit world and become aware, then communicate and finally blend (union) with those in spirit. Everything vibrates; each chakra has a unique vibration that corresponds with the vibration of one or more “clairs,” as well as with the vibration of particular kinds of information. We will work with the chakra vibrations with guided meditative exercises that combine sound, color and visualization.
