    This class takes you inward through a guided and experiential visualization to increase your intuition. We will take you on a journey through the five physical senses with tangible exercises using flavors, objects, aromatics, sounds and visuals. This fun filled workshop focuses your awareness of self & your present moment. Take out exercise ~ Tune Out and Tune In Developing our intuition requires us to occasionally detach from our normal activities.  We explore how external distractions alter our vision of self.
