  • The Demonstrating Medium- Advanced

    Janet Nohavec and Joseph Shiel Join Janet Nohavec and Joe Shiel, evidential mediums who have conducted hundreds of demonstrations of mediumship. Learn the techniques necessary for a medium to sustain the power and energy for demonstrating mediumship. This course is not for absolute beginners. The student should be able to generate a contact with the spirit world from the platform. Discipline and a knowledge of how to expand the contact from first link to a beautiful open flower, much like artwork. The various techniques of identifying the energy components of the medium, the audience and the spirit world and how to blend them will be investigated. Public Demonstrations of Mediumship take a greater deal of confidence, let us help you increase your confidence. There are also many ways to vary the type of contacts you use while doing a public demonstration of Mediumship, these different ways of connecting will be explored.   • The Developing Medium

    As we begin practicing our mediumship, we begin to develop a deeper relationship with ourselves and the spirit around us. We are each called to higher levels of development and understanding. This class is designed to take your practice to the next level. With Sharon Hill. In this class you will : *Experience meditative exercises specifically designed to increase your power and expand your awareness of the spirit world. *Practice strengthening and holding your link with the spirit. *Strengthen your relationship with the spirit by establishing and enhancing your communication skills. *Practice bringing forth verifiable evidence from your spirit communicator. *Practice and experience different types of readings such as soul purpose or core issues.   • Traditional “Home Circle” -Evidential Mediumship

    Spiritualists have sat in home circles since their very beginnings. It was the way they developed their relationship with the spirit and refined their spirit within. Being invited to a "hush, hush" circle was considered a privilege and was respected and honored by the individual who "had the potential" to develop. They were never missed and the commitment by the sitters encouraged the spirits to show up. Joy and enthusiasm for development wooed the spirits! Today, we know that everyone has the potential to develop, and many a developing (as well as well developed) medium still sits in circle. Sitting in circle increases our spiritual abilities and offers the developing and well developed medium alike the opportunity to continue increasing their spiritual gifts and potential. If you are interested in spiritual development and/or medium development then -- welcome!
