Eknath Easwaran’s Passage Meditation
Eknath Easwaran, a Ph.D. in English literature, a lawyer, a Sanskrit scholar, founder of The Blue Mountain Center of Meditation, and author of 25 books on meditation and related topics, developed a “do-able,” effective, and profound method of daily meditation. It is easy to learn and to practice. This method is intended to fit into our daily lives so that we can expand our spiritual connection and wisdom without difficulty.
