In this sacred circle, we shift focus from pain to wellness, visualizing ourselves as whole and joyful. Using all our senses, we create vivid mental images of our desires already manifest, energizing these visions and harmonizing any dissonance within us. You are welcome to bring a photo of someone you wish to add to the energy current of the circle, enhancing the collective healing.

During the session, we remain mindful of our posture, avoiding crossing our arms or legs and keeping our eyes closed to maintain a continuous flow of energy. The power of our collective intention of focus enhances the “Energy Current,” creating a potent field of healing and manifestation.
