An  experience of movement, meditation, visual art, writing, and witnessing to connect you with your inner wisdom and creativity. Through fun and meaningful interactive arts experiences, you will connect with yourself and others and experience the flow that occurs when you embody images born of your own creative wisdom.

Participants will gain an experiential understanding of intermodal expressive arts. They will engage in movement practice, visual art, and writing to explore authentic imagery while exploring both intrapersonal and interpersonal arts processes. With Tamara Teeter Knapp.
