This will be a full two day immersion into the exploration of consciousness.
Through a series of a minimum of 12 meditation exercises you will have the opportunity to access, experience and explore several expanded states of consciousness, including Mind Awake/Body Asleep, Beyond the Physical Body, and the Access Channel.
This workshop guides you through a carefully sequenced series of Hemi-Sync exercises to transform and broaden your awareness, allowing connection to other aspects of yourself and different states of consciousness, all with full mental awareness. The Excursion Workshop Includes:
