An ancient Chinese art form, incorporating gentle movement, breath, and guided visualization. Wear comfortable clothing and find a space that allows you to stretch your arms out in four directions. No mat is necessary, but if you prefer, you can be seated in a chair. What you’ll experience is unlike any Western exercise. While moving “energy” (qi / chee) throughout your body, all systems will benefit greatly. For example, blood pressure will drop as blood vessels dilate allowing blood to flow more freely.
