Meditation Techniques and Practice

Meditation is a wonderful way to calm down the mind and gain inner wisdom.  An overview of different forms of meditation, including simple breathing, mindfulness, topic-driven such as loving kindness and compassion, chakra balancing, and on the nature of mind.  These meditations are designed to offer you mindfulness and relaxation, self-awareness and creativity, stress reduction, collaboration and team work, and increased productivity and joy.  Following will be an explanation of these practices, actual meditations for you to gain hands-on experiences, followed by Q&A.
