No artistic experience is needed.

You do not need to know how to paint, and you do not need to arrive with a clear image of a guide. Through guided relaxation and an intuitive receiving meditation, you’ll be encouraged to notice whatever comes naturally — perhaps a color, feeling, word, symbol, animal, face, landscape, movement, or simply a sense of presence.

Then, instead of trying to create a perfect picture, you’ll let those impressions become the beginning of your artwork.

During this experience, you’ll be invited to:

• Quiet the analytical mind and become more receptive to subtle impressions
• Notice colors, feelings, symbols, images, words, or inner nudges
• Explore intuitive painting without worrying about artistic rules
• Create a personal piece inspired by the spirit-guide energy or inner wisdom you sense
• Pause and “listen” to your artwork as it develops
• Discover unexpected symbols, patterns, or meanings that may emerge
• Reflect on what your finished painting may be showing you

Your artwork does not need to resemble a traditional portrait. Your guide may appear as a figure, an animal, a symbol, a landscape, a field of color, a pattern of light — or something you never

expected at all.

That is part of the experience.

Rather than deciding in advance what your painting should become, you’ll be encouraged to stay curious and let it unfold one color, mark, and impression at a time. Sometimes the meaning is immediately clear. Other times, a symbol or image may become more meaningful after you have had time to live with it.
