Quieting the Mind for Meditation
Why we Need to Rise Above the “Physical Matter” of our Bodies to a Higher Energetic Frequency for Spiritual Connection
Learn how to physically balance your brain by eating certain foods, supplementing with specific vitamins and nootropics, performing certain physical exercises, and balancing your hormones, to raise your frequencies from ‘matter’ to ‘energy’ and enable you to rise up to connect with Spirit through Meditation.
With a balanced brain, you will be able to quiet your mind, and enrich your meditation experience.
- Do you have trouble meditating because you just can’t quiet your mind?
- Does the chatter in your brain actually get worse the harder you try to quiet it?
- Unbeknownst to most folks, there is a condition called ADD or Attention Deficit Disorder (actually there are seven different types of ADD) which may be affecting your ability to quiet your brain, and therefore holding you back from achieving an enriching spiritual practice.
- Most ADD goes undiagnosed as children and carries into adulthood because it’s not the form which includes uncontrollable hyperactivity – that’s the type for which we are the most familiar. Most types of ADD do not include hyperactivity.
- Maybe low blood flow to your brain, or Depression, or even a minor brain injury, may be affecting your ability to quiet your mind and connect through meditation to your higher power.
With this workshop you’ll be able to learn how the health of your particular brain is affecting your ability to quiet your mind. I call it The Brain – Mind – Spirit Connection. When we are toxic in the body, we are more into ‘matter’ and our frequencies are low. We are too consumed in our physical bodies to spiritually connect.
You will come away from this workshop with a deeper understanding of how your brain works, what toxins may need to be cleared out, what nutrients may need to be added in, and how to get your body in balance – not only just for Meditation, but for all aspects of your life.
