Reiki Level 2, traditionally known as Okuden, is the next step for students who have completed Reiki Level 1 and are ready to deepen their understanding, confidence, and connection with Reiki.

In this comprehensive training with Donna Oland, you will be introduced to the traditional Reiki Level 2 symbols and learn how they may be used to focus and enhance Reiki energy. You will also explore distance Reiki, techniques for supporting emotional and mental well-being, and ways to bring greater intention and depth into your sessions.

This level is ideal for those who wish to expand their personal practice, share Reiki more confidently with others, or begin exploring Reiki in a professional setting.

Participants will receive the appropriate Reiki Level 2 attunement and have opportunities to practice the techniques in a welcoming and encouraging environment.

By the end of the training, you will have a deeper understanding of Reiki and greater confidence using Level 2 methods for yourself, others, and distance sessions.

Reiki Level 2 is the second step in a three-level Reiki path. After completing the appropriate training, students may continue into advanced Reiki and explore additional opportunities such as:

• Reiki Level 3 and advanced training
• Crystal Reiki
• Animal Reiki
• Reiki Shares
• Continuing practice and specialized Reiki experiences

Training investment: $189

The required $21 Reiki book is used for both Reiki Levels 1 and 2. Students who purchased it during Reiki Level 1 do not need to purchase it again.

There will be a break for lunch during the training. Participants are welcome to bring a lunch or make their own arrangements during the break.
