Here we will learn:

• Identifying and learning to triage emotional needs.
• Learning to understand what your issues you own and which ones you don’t since they all feel the same.
• Basic Energetic Anatomy
• Basic physical and Energetic Heart Anatomy
• Clearing through the heart
• Creating an enhanced mission statement of the soul
