An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Monday, repeating until 20 December, 2021

Let’s gather together to raise our vibrational energy, plant the seeds and set the tone for a stress-free week. Together we will learn about the ancient practice of yoga philosophies, simple living techniques, positive thinking, proper breathing (pranayama) and the art of moving mediation(asanas). We will educate ourselves, discover the physical and mental benefits received from a weekly yoga practice. Attendees will experience and develop techniques to calm the active mind, stimulate circulation, create a positive flow of energy throughout the body and mind. Our intention for attending a yoga lesson is to learn about the many benefits of meditation, the power within proper breathing techniques, release stress and toxins, strengthen our immune system and develop a healthy relationship with our body and mind. We emphasize and encourage All levels to join us as we explore and create a safe space to practice yoga, relieving and reducing tension, fatigue, build strength, confidence, learn to move to the rhythm of our breath and reintroduce harmony to our lives.
