Step into the investigator’s role with Brandy Stark, PhD, founder of SPIRITS of St. Petersburg, for an engaging, interactive introduction to the fascinating world of paranormal investigation.

This is more than a presentation about ghost hunting. You’ll explore how an investigation is actually approached — from the first questions asked to the equipment used, the evidence collected, and the careful process of deciding what may or may not be paranormal.

During this hands-on workshop, you’ll explore:

• Paranormal equipment and what different tools are designed to detect
• How investigators evaluate audio, photographs, environmental changes, and other possible evidence
• Why historical research can be an important part of an investigation
• How investigators separate unexplained experiences from ordinary explanations
• Where sensitivity and intuition may fit alongside technology
• Important considerations involving safety, boundaries, and ethics

You’ll also have the opportunity to take part in audience exercises and a simulated paranormal investigation experience inside The Spirit University, giving you a chance to put some of what you’ve learned into practice.

No previous paranormal experience is needed.
